The Cedar Club meets monthly to promote live music. It has been set up by Karl Lewis, a local musician, and this is his first attempt to set up a music club here. There are several venues in The Forest of Dean, and Monmouthshire that host 'open mic' nights and live music, and this club is designed to build on the increased popularity of live music. The bands playing will get publicity, the chance to play to an appreciative crowd,and free beer. You on the other hand will get a great night out, some great live music at an intimate venue - a licensed bar, and the chance to meet like minded music lovers.
